After completing and printing this form you must  take it  to the library to receive your library card.  If you are a resident, attend school, or work in a county that is a member of the  Kinchafoonee Regional Library System  this card is free.  Others must pay a fee of $25.00  For further information contact the circulation desk at:  (912) 995-2902.  You must bring proof of your address before you a card be issued to you.
